Over the past 7 years, I have amassed extensive experience and expertise in throughout Somalia. Furthermore, I have been responsible for ensuring quality Humanitarian service delivery to Somali communities in South west state via regular monitoring of interventions at field level. On top of my expertise with WASH programming in insecure, complex, and unpredictable environments, as well as working with government relations, NGOs, and the UN, I do have excellent negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills. I have extensive knowledge of WASH programming and analysis techniques to identify the potential impact and outcomes from different strategies. I Can make recommendations for relevant training and learning opportunities to improve the processes/program. Complementing exemplary Training skills and the ability to evaluate and integrate information from a variety of sources and to asses impact. Additionally, offer an avid history in project management, strategic planning, and negotiations.
