Practical Experience: * Currently work: Wadi Feed Nubaria Pant at (Wadi Group) from 1/1/2021 until now Position: 1- Production Team Leader * Previous Work: Koudijs Kapo Feed Company (Multinational Company) at industrial area at Burj Alarab From 4/2011 to 1/11/2020 Position: 1 Production Engineering 2- Assistant production manager Responsibilities:  increasing the productivity of the production lines through drafting and implementing the required action plans as needed  Be aware of the Company’s Statement of Purpose and Function and the Team, Leader/Residential Support Worker’s role in implementing them.  Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal & external customer satisfaction.  Ensuring that key performance indicators (KPI’s) are monitored and targets achieved.  Responsible for monitoring the production phases and correcting any deviations from the production plan.  Troubleshoot any production problems and provide root cause analysis then proposals for solutions.  Prevent any Material loss.  Preparing a day report to presented to the plant manager presenting production yields and dispatching  Communicate with the teams by utilizing the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, Cost and delivery, and good ideas for improvement.  Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change, and pilot build.  Report & Act upon plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.  Promote total productive maintenance procedures to further improve the availability of the line.  Create a friendly and relaxed environment for the Workers encouraging enjoyment, Selfmotivation, self-esteem and respect for themselves and others.  operating the production lines with the planned efficiency  enhancing the products' quality standards  Record the occurred down time in each shift to build a preventive maintenance history and to avoid the occurrence of unplanned down time  Supervising the subordinates/teamwork by reallocating them to avoid the expected hot spots problems  Share the process knowledge with the Operation & maintenance department to avoid repeat breakdowns  collecting and file the history of the minor stops to eliminate it  share with managers and colleagues to create and generate new solutions for all the faced problems
