Hayden Kornblut

I serve as the Associate Director for HR leading the IT, GBS, and GBE organizations for Kraft Heinz. In this role I support the global IT and GBS leadership teams with strategic human capital initiatives. Prior to this role, I served as the Head of University Relations where I had the pleasure of working with over 150 of the top collegiate undergrads and MBAs from elite programs around the country. I supported the identification, growth, and development of these talented individuals and support their immersion into the Kraft Heinz organization. Previously, I served as the HR Business Partner for Bridgestone Commercial Solutions. As an HR Business Partner I support Bridgestone Commercial Tire Operations with matters involving all aspects of our teammate operations. I also served as the Manager of Campus Talent, building relationships with top campuses across the US and managing talent acquisition strategies to attract high potential talent. Prior to this, I was the Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager for Bridgestone Retail Operations’ Southeast Zone, where I helped manage HR issues and recruiting for over 400 Bridgestone retail store locations, across eight states, and encompassing nearly 4,000 Bridgestone teammates. I first joined Bridgestone in 2011, working in one of the 2,200 Firestone Complete Auto Care Stores as an intern. I then joined the store’s retail team before being promoted to Manager of Tire Sales while I completed my undergraduate studies. In 2012, I was promoted to Service Manager and was charged with managing the store’s service department that produced over $1.2 million in annual sales. I also oversaw the recruitment, hiring, and retention of the store's technicians as well as the daily operations of the twelve-car bay garage. A South Carolina native, I earned my bachelors degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
