Hi, I'm Hayley! I work as an events and client engagement professional bringing ideas to life and turning a good time for a client into business gained or retained for a company. A little about my background... From walking through cornfields pulling tassels off corn stalks at 14 to helping drive strategies to keep long-term care residents safe during a global pandemic, I have successfully adapted and excelled in each role I've held. I am a multi-talented professional with a demonstrated history of successfully working in many different environments while wearing many hats during each chapter. Through working in multiple industries, I have gained powerful knowledge that can be utilized to benefit the company I work for. While working in the corn fields, I learned the definition of grit and commitment. My time with the 76ers taught me how to sell in a fast-paced and completely new environment. While selling wedding gowns to brides and running 3 social pages in Nashville, I gained a great appreciation for the grit that goes into running a small business. My time with Guardian has gifted me with experience in many marketing-related roles including advertising, content development, cost-management, brand awareness, and public relations. With robust experience, I find myself most passionate about how I can assist in making an idea come to life through event planning, vendor management, and sales efforts.
