Growing up Watching old movies and seeing how old Hollywood starlets carried themselves forever influenced my style. I'm passionate about using today's trends, combined with past decades to help women discover their true style. Nothing compares to how you'll feel when you dress in a look that really is you. I believe following that is an investment in yourself. I'm also confident connecting and listening to your audience will drive sales, add to credibility and lessen returns. As an assistant at Francesca's in Bowie, I manage daily operations to keep the boutique current with the brand, complete schedules and weekly audits, stay on top of markdowns, inventory transfers and damage out items correctly to stay on top of asset protection. My time there opened my eyes to how much I enjoy the operational side of business! Each day I also get to balance making new connections with guests, as well as strengthening relationships with regular shoppers to create head to toe looks for them. It is my goal to have every woman step out of the fitting room and leaving the store feeling their best. The business of retail and fashion should be a win for everyone involved.
