Heather Campana

L am an experienced leader, banker and lender. I enjoy cultivating, building and enhancing client relationships, and helping both consumers and businesses reach their financial goals. That may include a line of credit for working capital, financing equipment or their new storefront, or guiding clients to resources for succession planning. As circumstances inevitably change, I want to continue to be their trusted resource. Similarly, I love to see my team members grow and flourish, whether they want to move up in their careers, or increase their skill set in their current role. I aim to help them build their confidence and reach their goals. Good Leaders inspire and empower others to learn, grow, and lead. My goal is to leave a legacy that embodies that example through community service, team engagement and the client experience- advocating for the community, team members and clients alike.
