My role as your counselor is to provide you with a safe space, and to work with you in order to reach your goals and overcome obstacles that may be holding you back. I believe in a holistic counseling approach, focusing on how the body, mind, and spirit all play significant roles in our overall health. Area of focus: Anger/ Anxiety / Boundaries / College students / Depression / Empowerment / Grief & Loss / Relational issues / Self-harm / Suicidal Ideation I offer traditional counseling and *Christian counseling. Sessions: Sessions are 45 minutes long, typically one day per week. Fee per session is $175. Sliding scale is available with proof of income. Payment can be made electronically with debit/credit card. Insurance: At this time, I do not take insurance. I am an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may then choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your coverage.
