Heather Foster, CSM

With 20 years of experience in web design, graphic design and marketing, I have done everything from owning my own business, to teaching at the adult school level, working as a Marketing Manager for a local life insurance firm, and more recently working as a Digital Marketing Associate for Principal Global Investors, a fortune 500 company. I currently own my own business, H. Foster Designs and work part time as the Marketing Director for Atlas Financial in Oroville, CA. I am proud to say I have worked with, trained or managed almost every expert in my field including writers, illustrators, web designers, videographers, website hosts, printers, developers, photographers, graphic designers, social media experts, SEO experts and more. As a Certified Scrum Master, I have managed projects for both PrincipalFunds.com and PrincipalGlobal.com. I have excellent time management, listening, oral and written communication skills, as well as solid decision-making skills. I have strong planning/ organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, I thrive in an environment where I can work independently and on a team on a variety of simultaneous projects and schedule workload to meet deadlines. Furthermore, I have advanced computer skills, as well as interactive design skills. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, boating, fishing, spending time with my family, organic gardening and cooking and playing with our golden retriever and part bengal kittens. I love to volunteer for just about anything that gives back to the local community, including working with United Way, supporting the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, and supporting my daughter's school in any way I can.
