Heather Goebel

I am a Medical Records Coordinator at Mother of Mercy Senior Living in Albany, MN. I recently obtained my Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certificate from AHIMA. I am a graduate of Rasmussen college, with a 4.0 G.P.A. Where I obtained an associate's degree the Health Information as an HIT. I value strong work ethics, education as well as those who are team players. I take HIPAA and AHIMA's code of ethics very seriously and strive to uphold the trust of the patients and medical facility through my actions. I am dedicated and passionate Health Information Management and Long-term skilled nursing facilities. I recently attending Leading Age convention and a HIPAA & Medical Law Seminar. I love learning all I can about my career field and love what I do. I am a member of AHIMA and the AAPC. I would love to obtain my bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and get my RHIA certificate. I would also love to obtain as many certifications as possible in my field. I do have CPR certification and training as well.
