Achievements: Concept to implementation of department-wide shared documentation project in the electronic record system which led to clinicians spending less time documenting. Adoption rate was 85%. Managed mobile checkin project which included design, electronic record build, POC presentation to leadership and go-live support. Completion of this project is expected to lead to 90% of all visits being checked in via a mobile app rather than in-person, resulting in decreased staff. Developed and maintained Smartsheets database to improve the student onboarding process. Instead of emailing documents back and forth, the database provided a one-stop-shop that housed all onboarding requirements, documents, and communications between the department and students. This improved process led to improved efficacies for both the department and students and provided a source of truth for clinical site onboarding requirements.
