I have over 17 years of professional experience as a environmental scientist focused on terrestrial, freshwater, and marine ecosystems. I specialize in botanical surveys, wildlife species surveys, vegetation mapping, and aquatic resource delineations. Associated reporting includes resource inventories, biological constraints analyses, biological technical reports and environmental impact and permitting documents to ensure compliance with the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), California Endangered Species Act (CESA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) aquatic resources. I have successfully managed and been a part of projects in natural resource conservation, renewable energy, residential and commercial development, and municipality infrastructure and maintenance.
