Heather Reeves

A 27 year veteran of orthopedic manual therapy, with extensive sales and marketing experience, growing a new physical therapy clinic from zero referrals to an average 40 referrals per week. Additionally, I facilitated in the clinical sales and marketing of a national physical therapy company from 4 regional clinics to 8clinics within 15 months. We have since grown to 10 clinics. I have operated in a management role since 2001, resulting in an extensive network of clinical contacts in the Raleigh-Cary-Durham orthopedic community. I have been involved in education in orthopedic manual therapy since 2001, and have taught more than 100 continuing education courses in this specialty for multiple accredited education companies nationwide. Since graduating from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1993, I have gained certifications in Manual Therapy (COMT) in 1997, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2002 (re-certified 2012), and was awarded my Fellowship of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2006 (re-certified 2016). I have worked hard to revolutionize orthopedic physical therapy in the US, and am focused on patient outcomes. I am committed to being on the forefront of care in the US, and pushing my peers to offer their patients the most clinically effective and research-based treatments to date. I currently work in an operations role, overseeing 10 clinics in the Triangle region.
