Hector is the Head of Commercial for Broadband Acquisition, Partnerships and Network relationships. Managing a team of 8 people, Hector has ownership for driving profitable growth across Sky and NOW Broadband. Before this, Hector led the TV acquisition commercial strategy team. Leading a 5 person team, he had responsibility for planning and performance for TV sales route to markets as well as creating and delivering Acquisition commercial and GTM strategy for the launch of Sky Glass. Previously, Hector was the commercial, trading and finance lead for the newly launched Sky Ticket in Germany, with end to end responsibility for the full P&L as well as strategy, projects and propositions. As well as having both large business and startup experience; Hector holds an ACA, having passed all 15 exams first time with EY, and a 2:1 degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Nottingham.
