Coming into the car industry for the first time was a bit of a learning curve but I love every moment of it! Some of the duties I have created, managed & continue to develope with the ever changing car market. ~ created a full program for the BDC Department-follow-up and tracking ~ created a full line of reports to track the progress of sales as well as gross and traffic from all online advertising, and each vendors ROI. ~ taken over 2 other dealerships in the franchise and have done the above for them as well. ~ tracking 700-1,000 online inquires per month ~ handling ALL online Vendors-current and possible future vendors and their products, tracking the ROI of ALL our online vendors and their products ~ tracking the # of vehicles sold from online inquires and their gross vs. Spend ~ act as the on-site IT person when there are computer problems ~ Track/handle PPC, SEO, Display/Retargeting advertising for 3 stores ~ handle ALL Social Media for 3 stores ~ manage/edit 3 URL's we have for our franchise ~ create email addresses and login info for new employees- train them on our CRM system ~ create Email Campaigns to Service Customers with Coupons/ Deals, etc. ~ ensure vehicle's online are correctly displayed/priced on all 3 of our URL's ~ created a report for the Sales Managers to track productivity of each individual sales person with ups vs. Close ratio If you are not willing to learn and implement new things in your day-to-day job, then you will not excel!
