Managing these opportunities, I have been able to translate them into new million-dollar businesses both domestically and internationally. As a Regional Sales Manager at TreeHouse Foods, I grew the base business for value added ingredients that achieved an increase in net sales of over $8M for 3 years. This can be attributed to my ability in initiating and building relationships and ultimately cultivating an effective network. Through this, I was able to collaborate with internal and external partners across functions to expand my business into a new space in health and wellness. In this arena, I was able to achieve higher growth and higher profit by adding new and innovative product applications to specialty ingredients and executing commercialization strategy that resulted in 30% average growth per year. Today’s business climate requires a high degree of commitment to change.
