Heidi Setaro

Heidi Setaro studied at Florida Southwestern State College and Florida Atlantic University where she earned her Bachelors Degree. Immediately following her studies, she entered the multi-family housing industry, and has focused her professional energies on growing her knowledge and career ever since. Throughout her career she has held professional roles in leasing and site management at various levels. For over two decades, she has consistently worked in Property Management. Her career in the multi-family housing industry has spanned over several years and she has worked with companies such us TRG Management/The Related Group, The Altman Companies, ZRS Management, and Castle Residential. Her management experience includes but is not limited to lease-up projects, conventional stabilized assets, tax credit, workforce, and moderate rehabs. She has worked in garden, mixed use, mid-rise, and high-rise style projects. She is a native Bolivian and has a great passion for traveling, health, art/culture, great food and animals. She is multi-lingual and thrives on immersing herself in cultural experiences and building meaningful connections with other professionals. Driven be excellence, she embraces challenges with an open mind, dedication, and positivity.
