Heitor Bicudo Pieroni

Hello! I'm passionate about making processes easier and proposing improvements for teams to optimize everyone's daily routine. Currently, my focus is on Continuous Improvement, HR Systems (ATS & ERP), and People Analytics with a direct interface with LATAM and the USA. I worked as an HR Generalist for two years, experiencing end-to-end processes in various segments, such as E-commerce, Technology, Transportation, and the Automotive industry. I have smartness with data analysis tools such as Excel (Advanced), Power BI (Intermediate), and Lean Six Sigma (Advanced). Regarding languages, I am fluent in English and Portuguese and have a basic knowledge of Spanish. My academic background includes a specialization course in Continuous Improvement - Black Belt Lean Six Sigma in 2019 and a BA degree's degree in Business Administration from FACAMP in 2018. I was also a former Cambridge Judge School Entrepreneurship Center member in 2017 and participated in exchange programs in the USA in 2012 and 2016.
