My personable and motivated approach coupled with my natural ability to communicate at all levels enables me to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Human Resources is about people and I'm all about that! My biggest achievement to date is building and developing a transparent onboarding and induction process, introduced a buddy system and onboarding team calls. Innovative and engaging for new hires. Acted as first point of contact, highly organised, ability to priorities workload and manage time efficiently. Person-centred approach, reactive to delivering transactional and transformational work to meet business needs. Take ownership and accountability for my performance and actions. Maintenance of HRIS, administration and introducing robust audit trails. Methodical with attention to detail to project work and research, contract population, letters and data. I completed CIPD Human Resource Management Level 5 Associate diploma & ILM Leadership and Management diploma in 8 months while working full time, home schooling and completing a 2 hour commute! I have been promoted several times and am always ready and willing to take on a new challenge. Championing others is super important to me, so I spend time coaching and advising within a HR study group, Positivity is my super power! Lets connect, have a virtual coffee.
