Very excited to be involved in the analysis of Reimagine Team Working and be part of the small support team. There are 3 key principles for teams to work towards: • Managers to act more as coaches • Devolved decision making • Staff feeling psychologically safe to make their voices heard This programme is being rolled out across all services/teams both clinical and infrastructure. Prior to this role I was KCHFT’s patient experience manager. Project managed the roll out of survey software used to create a large suite of surveys for staff to collect feedback in real time from their patients. Feedback is reviewed to drive service improvement. I also managed the complaints team for three years.
