I have 12+ years of experience working as a Project Manager. Also, I have experience of Scrum Master/Team Leader roles and coaching developing teams as well as teams testing software and hardware. My track record contain successfully managing cross-functional complex projects and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organizations. I have extraordinarily analytical and conceptual skills which is certainly noticeable when working with innovative projects. I like to take part in improving processes, tools, and ways of working. I have worked at web agencies with clients of well-known brands, therefore, I am experienced in the field of marketing as well as IT. I am used to handling customers and sub contractors, striving for a “no blame game” environment.
