In my current role at St John of God Murdoch Hospital I lead the development and implementation of new service opportunities and commercial partnerships. I partner with Executives and operational managers to identify, design and implement new services in order to drive growth in revenue and service delivery. I was previously engaged as a Consultant with Deloitte, working with key clients on business process improvement and organisational transformation projects. While in this role I worked on projects end-to end from initial business analysis and diagnosis to the development and implementation of new strategy and process. I am passionate about supporting organisations that engage and empower communities to address poverty and disadvantage.
