She enjoy stretching out an extra hand to make life for my employees easier, work at creating a better tomorrow for the people she works with, encouraging them and letting them see that there is more to life when we decide to give other than receive thus they should give their all when working. showing them that sometimes, you just have to laugh. Keep laughing. It’s better for you than stress eating. In her day to day work, she learns a lot from the different people she interacts with. Learning is a continuous process and thanks God that she has the advantage of learning different things in a day from her colleagues. Hellen has an interest in industrial relations and keeps herself up to date with the different changes taking place in the labour laws as this concerns workplace and believes her colleagues should get nothing but the best.
