About
O 14 years of Experience as a RAN Integrator for Deployment,Change & incident management in GSM, WCDMA,LTE that includes Ericsson products, BTS and BSC, Nodeb & RNC and enodeb,Baseband 5212,5216,6620,6630. O As a RAN Integrator I am responsible for following activities: Complete deployment of BSC, BSC/TRC, RBSC which includes Commissioning and Testing and integrating it with Core nodes and then call and data testing with a test BTS. Responsible for, VAMOS, ABIS Optimization, ABIS over IP, GB over IP Implementation. Responsible for NWI-E implementation in HC BSC & HD BSC. Responsible for all software upgradation like IPA, AGM, APZ and Correction patch loading. Complete the AT process with Back Office or ELS team for handing over to O&M team. Troubleshooting experience over these BSS nodes using different tools like, ALEX, ALAN & PRIMUS,GOLS,GKO, DECODER, EASY TOOL etc. Involved in BSS expansions (RPG3, RPP, TRA, STM, GARP2 and PGW) and GB/IP activities. I am also responsible for defining Handover and RF parameter in the BSCs for the RF optimization. Troubleshooting all APG nodes. Responsible for configuration changes in WCDMA,NodeB/enodeb & RNC,also the troubleshooting of both the nodes RNC & NODEB/enodeb,baseband 5212,5216,6620,6630. Incident management & fault management of RAN nodes. Work as part of the Incident Management team to ensure that the performance of the team achieves the defined performance targets and KPIs. Work with other teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure end-to-end success of the Incident Management process. Engage with the incident response team and lead the process of documenting event details, creating incident response letters (either when requested or proactively based on severity). Ensure that the incident management process is followed and that incident and problem records accurately reflect actions taken to restore service; and that changes to Configuration Items are recorded. Manage incident management bridge calls with support teams, on-call support application teams and management. Strong working knowledge of tools such as HP Service Manager, TEMIP, CITRIX.WINFIOL.WFM. Perform confidently and authoritatively in role of incident management subject matter expert. Provide first and second level of troubleshooting for Controllers nodes & BTS & Nodeb.
