Risk and Advisory Based Internal Audit (RBIA) of 164 Branches based at Gujarat in Current organization Cholamandalam Investment & Finance co ltd (NBFC) handling product of VF, HL, LAP, PL and BL. Currently having a team of 4 people and out of which 3 are CA reporting to me and myself reporting to Zonal head. We used to suprise visit at branch and do verify cash compliances, credit Audit, file Audit, collection audit and RBI Guidelines ( whichever is applicable). We used to prepare a branch wise observation and try to resolve the same in a particular timeline to avoid any consequences. We also used to given training to business team regarding SOPs and general RBI policy changes time to time. Other than that I have done Limited Review of Listed Company, Tax Audit, Income tax return etc at the time of articleship.
