From delivering a multitude of infrastructure projects, I empower customers and teams to achieve business goals through adept people management, stakeholder relations, and team leadership. My background in IT enables me to understand the complex technical knowledge within SaaS models and systems, whilst my innate leadership skills empower me to motivate, inspire and direct teams. From ideating improvements to leading training and team talent, my experience in establishing robust, productive, and autonomous teams has been well refined. From this, I have been noted for my astounding customer care skills which have contributed to business growth from single clients to international portfolios of clients.
