Hendro is now holding position as QA/QC Lead - Project Offshore Delivery, Lead and coordinate the activities of the QA/QC under Offshore Project Delivery group to provide assurance of quality in compliance with Codes, standards, statutory regulation and business goal of Block B Offshore operation. He was starting his career in the telecommunication industry (PT. Satelindo, currently PT. Indosat Tbk) as an IT Specialist for over three years, before spending the rest on Oil & Gas Industry. Joint with major National EPC Company PT. Tripatra Engineering as Instrument Engineer was the turning point in his career. Holding Bachelor degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya (majoring Physics Engineering), he is energetic, having leadership and good interpersonal skills. His next professional journey was working for one growing EPC Contractor PT. Istana Karang Laut (IKL) as Project Manager running their domestic and overseas project for over 5 years. Upon complete his master degree in Industrial Engineering, he was further work for an Engineering Company in Singapore BNF Engineering (S) Pte. Ltd for one and half years before joint with National Engineering and Construction Company named PT. Bakrie Construction in Jakarta as Project Manager. He was in total having over 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry. His main objective is to contribute himself for construction industry in Indonesia mainly related to Oil & Gas, and to promote local capability worldwide.
