The past 6 years I have setup and managed a software development department within two different companies. Since 2 years as an (IT) project manager coordinating the new business projects in the area of Internet sales (product sales) and marketing (lead generation) and improved the customer care process for the mobile services department. - Project manager of E-commerce projects in: o Lead generation. O Affiliate marketing. - Improved the customer care process of an international service provider and saved cost using VoIP switches and IVR services. - Designing a Cross media messaging platform for Mobile / Internet and TV including a next generation master control room. - Designed and implemented Mobile messaging platform for International Mobile content provider. - Designed numberous IN, IVR and SMS driven services in both Mobile and Fixed networks. - Designed the IN based one-voicemail concept for mobile and fixed network in the Netherlands. - Designed the Mass calling platform / Televoting platform for fixed network. - Created services on Mass calling and premium rate platform in close relationship with TV production companies (e.g. EndeMol) - Designed Lawful Interception service on GSM / GPRS and UMTS network.
