With my 20 years of HR management experience I bring the full potential of the employees to life, through ensuring effective policies and processes are in place to support the company objectives, enabling employees to focus on getting the job done with the highest quality. I work as a trusted advisor to senior business management in all HR aspects both in Danish, Nordic and European organizations. I treasure my international experience and thrive in organizations, in which I can work cross-functionally and act as a change agent in business transformation processes. My track record includes the implementation of a major organizational HR project in Europe and the U.S, which ultimately led to a high performance culture in the subsidiaries. Likewise, my specialization in team-analysis combined with the anchoring of company values has led to improved co-operation and performance in companies. My passion for creating synergies across functions and borders and create 'best practice' has supported the organizational development in various companies and overally been an important step towards creating a high performance culture. This has been in the form of cross-functional networking groups for middle managers focusing on personal development and the break-down of silos via knowledge sharing on common practice and challenges.
