I make plans come through, while creating and maintaining connection and communication between stakeholders. With extensive experience from management of project portfolios, people management and multi-cultural understanding I bring solutions and people forward. The last +20 years I’ve worked with people on all continents. In addition I’ve lived in Moscow, Russia from 2015-2020. I’ve seen numerus projects through from an idea to final implementation, and at the same time help employees and colleagues to develop and move towards their aspirations. I’m an experienced negotiator, mitigator and communicator. A diplomate in the suite of an engineer. I coach and provide mentoring because I can and for the joy that it creates. My key skills are leadership, development of project leaders, stakeholder management, international collaboration and strategic understanding.
