Food technology is a passion that I took further to understand “how is it made”, and “where does it come from”. Engineering the answer to my “problem solving” ability. The truth is that I have always been a business oriented person, negotiate and closing deals is what keeps me motivated. Connecting with people is the most natural thing to me. I think that mixing those two is the “perfect business”! I am a very extrovert person, with lots of good energy. I consider that it is very easy to work with me in a team, and I always do my best to achieve the next level personally and collectively. The past is very good to learn from our own mistakes, but what really matters is where you want to be in the future. I put all my effort in what I do, the unknown can be learned.
