Henry H.

Henry is a CPA with extensive experience in both the private sector as a Controller and in public accounting most recently as a Tax Manager. He provides strong leadership and training skills to staff and supervisor level team members.Henry takes ownership of the client relationship and excels. He is very personable and an excellent communicator: proactive, diligent, professional and polished. He also has a good sense of humor. He collaborates with senior leadership on identifying growth opportunities with existing clients and prospects. His tax background focuses on pass through entities (partnerships, limited liability companies and S-Corporations), private family foundations, C-Corporations and nonprofit organizations. He has also worked on high net worth individual returns and multistate returns, including those with nexus issues. He manages financial statement compilation and review engagements in various industries including: manufacturing, real estate, wholesale, professional service organizations, labor unions and nonprofit entities. He recently helped CPA’s navigate and take appropriate action related to the ongoing developments and issues concerning the bumpy rollout of the New Jersey Business Alternative Income Tax (NJ BAIT) and its related filings. He often gets asked by partners and senior management to research and present his summarized findings on various topics. Examples include: Deductibility of debt financed distributions and the impact the forgiveness of a PPP loan has on New Jersey AAA. He was appointed to the Managers Committee as well as the Quality Control Committee while at Cullari Carrico LLC.Henry is currently serving on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organization. He finds giving back both time and resources to those truly in need very exciting and fulfilling.Henry plays the viola, enjoys reading, listening to music and following sports, especially the New York Yankees.
