Henry Warnock

Henry Warnock devotes his practice to employment litigation and traditional labor law, with a particular focus on the healthcare and technology industries. Henry defends employers in discrimination and retaliation cases involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Title VII. Henry also guides clients through all facets of traditional labor law, including collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board, union organizing campaigns, arbitration, and picketing. Henry has recently practiced in federal and state court, and represented employers in administrative actions with the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and various state agencies. Henry worked in-house with the labor and employment group at Georgia Pacific, providing him with a first-hand appreciation of the needs of clients. Henry regularly advises clients on how to avoid/resolve labor and employment disputes and litigation. He also drafts and reviews employment agreements, employee handbooks, and employment policies. Henry leads FordHarrison’s pro bono legal employment support for Habitat for Humanity. He is also on the Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Advisory Committee and is the Co-Chair of Atlanta Legal Aid’s Young Lawyer’s Club. During law school, Henry received the Verner F. Chaffin scholarship and completed an externship at the U.S. Department of Labor in Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked on a variety of employment issues.
