Without solid communication and knowledge of what resources they need, we cannot succeed.” I have been with Istonish for more than 12 years as Senior Practice Director, where I have been instrumental in ensuring that systems projects are well managed and on track to meet the needs of our customers. Many of these projects have been in support of the Colorado Department of Human Services, the Colorado Department of Healthcare Finance and Policy and other state agencies. I bring a very strong understanding of systems and business processes associated with almost every type of social service delivered in Colorado and many other states. Prior to joining Istonish, I was the Chief Information Officer for the State of Colorado Department of Human Services, where I was responsible for the annual and long-range strategic planning and project management oversight for three major information systems projects. I developed and administered departmental information systems policies and standards, as well as managed a team of 170 full-time and 62 contract employees.
