Professional Work Experience I have over 25 years of experience as an HR Professional in managing the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all personnel programs which include, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, 401K Administration, performance management, leadership development, employee training, safety programs (OSHA), workers compensation, disability, recruiting, benefits, scheduling, compliance, and HRIS Systems. I have extensive experience working in settings that have employees represented by unions and in non contractual environments. In addition to the skill and experience listed above, I also have a great deal of experience working with Senior Managers on High-level HR issues. Volleyball Coaching Experience Club and High School Volleyball Coach I have coached Club Volleyball for Club Solano for 6 years finishing in the Gold Division of the NCVA Power Division 5 years. My teams have also qualified for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships 4 times including winning the SCVA Regional Qualifier in 2013. For High School I am currently the Varsity Head Coach at Rodriguez High School.
