As Technical Manager I do have lots of experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams in the area of Manufacturing Engineering in an international (matrix) environment. I am clear, structured and supportive in my leadership as well as empathic and motivative. Furthermore I am pragmatic and solution oriented and have a sharp attention to detail and quality. I am perceptive, helpful, analytical, communicative, enterprising and an orderly person who is skilled to plan and organize and takes well balanced decisions. With my perseverance, proactive mentality and flexibility I ensure that my (Capex) projects are finalized according to planning and within budget. Ambitions: I am widely interested and have an intrinsic need to innovate and improve efficiency. I’d like to use these skills in a growing technical company. I am getting enthusiastic of managing a team in a role like departmental manager or project manager since it provides me energy when developing a team and see it excelling. As well I am fascinated by developing strategies to develop the company for example in a role in a management team. Besides all of this I am also open for roles not described above and would see myself perform also in for example a role as technical account manager.
