I'm a program/project management professional passionate about seeing ideas come to fruition. I’m proficient in business management Strategy of Business process reengineering (BPR), relationship building, cross-team communication, and best-in-class customer service. I’m experienced in developing customer relationships, team collaboration, small and medium-scale gatherings. I enjoy creating solutions and championing innovative changes.People know me as someone who puts customers first. So whether they are Apple partners and educational institutions, school-aged adolescents in developing countries, or women of color looking for a digital solution to their hair needs, I put the beneficiary at the center of business objectives. You can count on me to be proactive, take the initiative, and deliver solution-oriented ideas.Giving back is important to me and serving others is a guiding principle. In addition to my responsibilities at my current work, I have also taken on community engagement, identifying corporate volunteering opportunities, and motivating employees' participation. I also have a taste for entrepreneurship, founding both a tech start-up and an international nonprofit to bring modern education to all school-aged adolescents in developing countries.
