I have more than 30 years of accomplished leadership experience in product design and development engineering, project engineering, program management, new business development, quality management and Lean Six Sigma/DFSS process improvement. A guiding principle through my whole life remains "learning does not stop when you get out of school" ​.Currently the corporate Senior Vice President of Quality for MATHESON, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial, electronic and specialty gases and equipment worldwide. I lead the team responsible for 1) maintaining and improving our quality management systems that ensured products and services meet our customers' expectations, 2) driving our Operational Excellence and cost control efforts, and 3) maintaining our various quality certifications including ISO9001, FSSC22000 and ISO17025.As a certified Six Sigma and DFSS Master Blackbelt, I have led and guided Operational Excellence initiatives at corporate and local levels from both inside and outside organizations across many industries and services including industrial manufacturing and distribution, aerospace/defense, automotive, telecommunication, health care, retail sales, and real estate.I am also an accomplished design engineer in the aerospace/defense industry, taking product development projects from initial conceptual design and proposal preparation through development and testing and into full-rate production. I have been awarded nine patents related to aerospace products.My professional goals are avoiding boredom, expanding my experience and knowledge, and making a lasting impact in the organizations with whom I work.
