What i am today and how i work today has been molded since my childhood. I always have been a curious person, i want to know how everything ticks. For that reason i have always excel on how to take the different challenges that an active work environment throws at me. I've been working as an Operations Supervisor since 2013, in all those gears i have been laser focus on giving always my best, after all, this is a race and i want to be on the top spots, hitting KPI's is always like a game for me ( I am a Gamer after all) and that keeps the everyday fun. Now that i mention that, it has always been my top focus to keep a good work environment and relation with my subordinates, i believe that managing a group of people is also about making their day a little bit easier. I am very good at recognizing patterns and this has helped me finding the best approach for all situations i find on a daily basis, i am also very analytical and good with data. Its fun to work with me as well.
