More than 17 years of extensive working experience in various practices involve in Supervisor, QA/QC Engineer/Inspector, Coordinator, Welding Engineer and Welding Inspector related to various Projects such as WHP, LQP, FPSO Modules Converted, LNG’s HRSG Modules and Oil Refinery for Structural, Piping, Sub-sea Pipeline, Storage Tank, Pressure Vessel, and Vendor’s Equipment for On/Offshore Pre-Fabrication, Fabrication, Installation, Hook-up and Inspection/Testing in accordance with Project’s Specification and International Applicable Codes/Standard as AWS, ASME, API, DNV, ASTM, BS EN, ISO, Norsok., etc. Participate in Document/Procedures preparation and Document/Procedures review/approval during Pre-fabrication, Fabrication, Installation and Testing. Involve in Audit of the main contractor(s), sub-contractor(s) as a main EPCI, Client/Owner, Independence 3rd Party, Certifying Authority for on/offshore Facilities Fabrication, Installation and Hook-up in accordance with project procedures & specifications and also policy such as Project Management System, Manpower, Facilities, Workshop/Yard and HSE system. Working and Source Inspection locations: Viet Nam, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany and Korea.
