They said getting into Emirates Airline is harder than getting into Oxford University I’ve been a Flight Attendant with Emirates Airline for more than 9 years and since day one every time when you are going for a flight you have a new team. The size of the Team is between 14-24 crews and all of them have different backgrounds. Emirates is famous for being Cosmopolitan with more than 150 different Nationalities as employees. Therefore I developed great communication skills and cultural awareness as I am working constantly with a new team. In the airline industry Time Management is critical task. Whether it’s the Airport Station Manager is saying you have 30 min for boarding or you gonna miss your slot or the Captain is saying you have 30 minutes to Touchdown. You have exactly 30 minutes to manage your tasks. There is no extra minute that you get. Emirates Airline is also Brand and as a Flight Attendant I am a Brand Ambassador. My goal for every flight is building a long term relationship with the customers and delivering world class service. Being a Flight Attendant with Emirates Airline I always feel ambitious and encouraged to make Emirates Airline the Best Airline in World
