Hoang Minh Nguyen

Oh hi there! The first thing you should know about me, I'm Minh, not Hoang. If that doesn't work for you, you can also call me Mark, that is also preferable. Ever since my youth, I've always found great interest in interacting with the people around me. Naturally, my passion for talents recruitment and training was soon realised after. I am an improvement enthusiast, no matter how big or small. You can call me obsessed. I love hearing people's stories, helping them realise and utilise their strengths, overcome their weaknesses, bringing people together, all those nice things. The values I find in helping others become the best versions of themselves is that I will in turn get to learn from them and grow. You may have guessed already, I am enthusiastic about learning new skills and growing in new ways through my HR journey. I believe we can get things done while having fun along the way, as long as we have a team of motivated, empowered and confident individuals, all of which I aim to help people I meet achieve. When I'm not working, you can find me experimenting with new recipes or playing with my pet cat, maybe even out for a boxing session.
