I’ve spent 7+ years working in social media with clients across a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality, retail, and apparel. As a Managed Services Consultant at Sprinklr Inc., I partner with some of our largest clients to ensure platform optimization, flexibility, and scale to meet their current and future business needs in the ever changing social landscape. As the world’s most complete social media management platform for the enterprise, my experience with Sprinklr has provided valuable insight into both strategic and operational social best practices leveraged by some of the largest, most valuable brands in the world. My areas of focus include community engagement, user governance, social operations at scale, social analytics, and client training and empowerment.
