Mr. Grady began his career with OSHA in the Jacksonville Area Office. Before coming to OSHA, Hollis held the positions in chronological order of Safety Specialist for the City of Orlando’s Department of Public Works Wastewater Division, Manufacturing Plant Manager and, the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works, where he was the city’s Pollution Control Maintenance Manager. Mr. Grady retired from the U.S. Army after serving 24 years. During this tenor as a Satellite Communications Maintenance Chief (35W4H), he held additional duty appointments as Hazardous Waste Operations Manager, Movement Control and Safety Officer, Drill Instructor, Master Trainer and Platform Instructor.
