Twenty-five years ago, Holly Carinci founded a personal publicity firm specializing in advising actors. She worked alongside Seth MacFarlane, William Shatner, Leonardo DiCaprio, and many others during that time. When the pandemic arrived, it triggered a re-think in her approach to life and business. She opted to pivot and embark on something more purposeful, shifting her focus to working with senior executives in various sectors, including technology, business, medicine, and societal causes. The company's overarching goal is to establish positive reputations for leaders and help them navigate new critical issues, such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, Public Policies, and Climate Transition, to name a few.
