My range of professional experience over the years has had one common place of success for me ... Project Management. My years as an opening specialist in the hospitality industry with both Hampton Inn hotels and Fairfield Inn hotels by Marriott gave me a standard of excellence that has benefited all my subsequent business partnerships. Going to a construction site and beginning with turn key punch lists and inspections, planning all materials load-in as well as hiring/training all team members gave me a keen sense of timing and flow. I loved being a part of the EBSCO Industries team through the Vulcan Information Packaging division 2002-2014. Using my cross-functional planning from product concept through production and national logistics routing coupled with contract negotiations/account management skills helped me succeed as Master Planner-Private Label Brands. I successfully launched over 275 SKU's 100% on-time. I joined Real Floors, Inc April 2015 after moving my famiy to Atlanta. It's been a wonderful journey becoming a flooring expert over the past 8 years. I continue building and growing both personally and professionally with this amazing team and culture.
