I am responsible for deal compliance and gross back-end profitability. Ensuring every deal meets State/ Federal Laws, and includes all appropriate documentation required for reimbursement on manufacturers incentive programs. My sales training is "full disclosure" menu selling to ensure every customer is offered every product, every time. In my opinion it is the ONLY way to do it successfully, profitably and legitimately!! I pride myself in actually SELLING (i.e. Feature/benefit) the products I have to offer rather then compromising the dealers CSI, referrals and repeat business by using old school transparent sales tactics. I believe this is what separates a GREAT Business Manager from mediocrity. I believe in TEAMS...it's only way the whole house wins! It starts with the "Hello" they receive either on the phone or walking through the doors, to the "Goodbye" given by all parties when their transaction is complete!
