I am also regularly instructed by companies and have acted for large companies as well as SMEs, charities and NGOs. • I draft policies and procedures, instilling best practice focused on also mitigating risk to the employer. • Guide organisations through capability procedures, grievances and disciplinary proceedings, including for senior staff. • When required, I robustly defend legal claims on behalf of my clients. • Provide in-house training to companies on a wide variety of HR issues, such as best practice when recruiting and disciplining employees, how to handle grievances and steps to take to protect the organisation from complaints and legal claims.
