My strengths lie in my commitment to achieving key business outcomes. I’m an excellent team player who can work efficiently independently or collaboratively in a team. I’m a forward thinker and avid problem solver with a proven track record in improving business procedures and reducing costly processes. For the past 4 years, I have been working as a valuable and committed team member at Harvey Normans Flagship store. Two years of which I was the Store Merchandiser and Customer Service Assistant. In this role, I twice received the “Outstanding Customer Service Award” for my beneficial advice and recommendations to customers. I am now currently the Flagship stores Logistics Coordinator where I have honed and refined my abilities in: • Effectively and timely distributing goods in and out of the warehouse • Developing and adhering to Work Health and Safety procedures • Performing quality checks whilst resolving inaccuracies and stock discrepancies • Overseeing and managing the warehouse's average inventory increase of over 50% during peak periods My qualifications include a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Bachelors of Education and a Dual Diploma of Logistics with a Diploma of Leadership Management. I have maintained a GPA of 2.87 (4-point scale). My major accomplishment was falling within the top 1 percentile for my final project from a cohort of over 327. A practical project which spanned the course of 8 months.
