I got my Bachelor degree in Fudan university and my matser degree in Shanghai Jiaotong university. Both of them is on Eelectroic Engineering. Then I joined Microsoft after graduation in 2009. Since that time, i have been working on developing for the ERP product of Microsoft: Dynamics AX. I focused on developing and design in the first two years. Then i started to lead a small group of developer to work on more complex and more critical features (see the details in my resume). Generally here are my profesional skills: * Strong programming skill in C#/C++ * Strong knowledge of algorithm and data structure * Strong knowledge of database * Strong design skill to break large feature into modules and build extensible object model * Good understanding of code performance and scalability for large scale of data * Good understanding of testing and code quality control * Good understanding of managing project schedule for Working Skills: * Good oral and written English * Good presentation skill to lead meeting, give training or give introduction under pressure * Good ability of leading a developer team and managing the project schedule
