Throughout my career, I have taken a very methodical and targeted approach by merging my character traits with the knowledge and experiences gained. With my attention to detail, flexible, outgoing, and ‘deep diving’ character, to highlight a few, I pursued a career in management consulting with BCG after completing my Ph.D. studies to gain experience in how various businesses are run and some of the pain points felt by such businesses. Then, I was fortunate to have worked with several private equity firms during my time at PwC Strategy, through which I became passionate about pursuing a career in private equity. Having spent the majority of my career at PG, and more recently, at KC, I have garnered strong technical as well as process expertise within the overall fund lifecycle value chain from fund formations, fundraisings, managing clients’ commercial due diligence processes, and legal negotiations across diverse fund types, asset classes, investment strategies and clients. Additionally, I have senior leadership experience in driving and managing organisational change (e.g., C-suite stakeholder management to create and grow new business practices/teams as well as launching new products).
